Dobbs Ferry---nocturne

I painted this in Dobbs Ferry, New York. I lived there for a year in isolation on the hudson river in a converted horse- barn. It is great little town and I have always meant to return to visit. This is a small 8 x10 oil study. I never meant to show or sell these, they are just visual notes I kept over time.
