There was a seriously autistic man, an african american kid screaming at the top of his lungs in penn station. He had two "handlers" trying hard calm him down, they were stressed and tried to keep him quiet to no avail. I stopped into carvel and bought him a chocolate ice cream cone... He stopped screaming.
